FAQ

The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • How often do I need to service my undercounter water filtration unit at my home?
It depends, there is basically two factors that will influence your service intervals. The first one is you much water you use from you’re your filtration unit and secondly how “dirty” the water supply to the filtration system is. Basically we recommend to service your filtration system every 6 months, however taking the factors above into consideration it might be more or less often.
  • If I want to order water bottles with customized labels, how long will it take?"
We will design the label for the client, after approval we will be able to get your order ready within 5 working days.
  • What filtration system do you use for your water that you sell on tap inside your stores?
We utilize an eight-step water filtration process that is formed as our very own Intellectual Property (IP), precisely and accurately designed to treat our current water quality status in order to reach the recommended health standard. Our main filtration process relies on Nano filtration, UV Sterilization and Ozone Disinfection.
  • Is your GOFLAVA still flavoured water Diabetic friendly?
YES IT IS, we use sweeteners to sweeten our water which all of them are diabetic friendly, and the water is non-caloric
  • What water filtration system will work best on my borehole water?
There is no specific water Filtrations systems for boreholes. The best solution will be to do a water analysis on your borehole water, from the results we will then be able to compile the best solution for your specific needs.
  • How frequently should I sanitize my water containers?
It is recommended to sanitize your water containers on a monthly basis. The reason therefore is quite simple, Purified water is used to fill your container, however to let the water “out” of the container tap at the bottom, one usually opens the top cap, so that the surrounding air can replace the water that has been tapped out of the container. It might occur that “contaminated” air replaces the used water, which can cause the growth of Algae and other bacteria.
  • Do you provide a container sanitation service in your store?
    Yes, we do
